“ We had been shopping for a 2025 Subaru Forester in Salem and had not found what we wanted. On our way back to Corvallis (our home) we saw the Albany Subaru dealership in Albany and stopped in. It was 7:00 PM. We were greeted by Allison Saxton, an energetic young woman with an infectious laugh. She immediately understood what we were looking for and led us to a car that appeared to be exactly what we wanted. Since it was so late in the day we decided to come back in the morning and look at it again. We did that and Allison gave us a full run down of what features were on our chosen car. We made an offer and agreed to buy the car. Allison knew her business and presented us with the many many documents that needed to be signed or initialed. She then gave us directions on how to use the new features of the car. Again, she seemed to know her business. Allison made us aware of optional added warranties and services we could purchase but did not try to push us into any of them. We found Allison and her co-workers to be friendly and professional and the dealership well organized and well run. Allison has contacted us twice to make sure that we are pleased with our purchase.
